Healthy Eating Tip!

When you're trying to keep yourself in shape (or trying to get into shape) it is important to choose carefully what you fuel your body with.  So here's a tip to cut fat while still enjoying your food!

Sour Cream is one of those foods that contains mostly fat, but you don't really want to eat tacos without sour cream.  No sour cream on that baked potato???  Bummer!


Instead of depriving yourself of this food enhancer, try substituting it!
You can use fat-free plain Greek Yogurt instead!  It has a VERY similar taste, but NO FAT!


So the next time you have a taco night, try this substitution.  Trust me, you'll love it!
